Menu buttons are specified on a Menu Item basis. In short, for every one
of your Menu Items (i.e. web pages), you must upload a menu button. To do this,
you need to login to your site, then under "Current Web Pages" select the Menu
Item for which you want to use the button. If you scroll to the very bottom
of the page you will see a section labeled "Upload Images for Menu Item." The
second upload box is labeled "Menu Button." You need to click the browse button,
then select the button you created. You then simply need to click the SAVE button
at the bottom. Your Menu Item now has a button.
