To unlock a users account, you need to login to your site, then click
on "Users List" under the "Site Administration" section. You will see
a list of your users. You need to select the user who needs his/her account
unlocked. Once on the users page, you need to locate the box labeled
"Failed Count." Simply reset this value to 0, then click the SAVE button at
the bottom of the page.
