Login to your site, then click on "FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)" under the
"Site Features" section. If you already have FAQs,
you will see them listed here. Click the ADD button at the top
of the page. There are 2 required items on this page that you
must fill out:
- Question: This is the question for your FAQ.
- Answer: This is the answer to your FAQ.
Everything else on this page is optional. If you added a group(s) for
FAQs, you may select it with the box "Group Description." You may also
use Sort Order to arrange your FAQ. Lastly, you may upload images for your
FAQ or use PDFs. Once you are done you need to click the SAVE
button at the bottom of the page.
