If one of your users forgets their password, they can make a request on the Login page to
have it e-mailed to them. Whenever they make a password request, the transaction is logged.
The Password Requests screen allows you to view the log. There are several pieces of
information that you can view. The following will show you what this screen looks like, and
what information is available.
- Type of User: This section shows you what type of user made the request. It will either be A (Administration E-mails) or U (Users E-mails).
- Username: This is the username of the user who made the password request.
- Date Requested: This is the Date/Time the request was made.
- IP Address: This is the IP address of the computer the user was using when they made the request.
- E-mail Address: This is the e-mail address of the user who made the request.
