Quick Jump

Viewing Calendar Events

When you select Calendar Events from your administrative menu, you will see a listing of your current events.

From here you can either edit a current event, or you can add a new one. To edit a current event, you need to click on the dot beside the entry. To add a new event you need to click the ADD button at the top.

Adding a Calendar Event

As mentioned above, to add a Calendar Event you need to click the ADD button as shown above. Once you have done this a new screen will be displayed that will let you add the entry. The following will walk you through each section.

Event Description:
This area is the main content of your Calendar Event. You can use plain text, HTML, CSS, or Javascript. You can also use images and PDF documents in your Calendar Event.

Date/Time:
This is the area where you enter in a Date(s) and Time(s) for your event. Obviously, you must have at least 1 date. Time is completely optional. You may fill in just 1 date, or you may fill all 23. Filling in more than 1 event will create a re-occurring event.

Upload Images for Page Content (GIF, JPG, PNG):
This section allows you to upload images for your Calendar Event. For specifics on how to use images, please see Using Images.

Upload PDF for Page:
This section enables you to upload PDFs for your Calendar Event. For additional information on how to use PDFs on your site, please see Using PDFs.

Deleting a Calendar Event

Finally, click the SAVE button at the bottom when you are done. You may also change the event at any time.
