This original intent for this Site Feature was to enable county government keep track of, and make publicly available, all of their meetings. This feature can be used for any type of meeting however. Minutes of Meetings only supports PDF documents. A date the meeting took place is also required. Minutes of Meetings supports groups.

Viewing Current Meetings

In order to view your current Meetings you need to click on the Minutes of Meetings entry on your administrative interface.



You will see all your Meetings listed, including the date they took place and a brief description. To edit an entry you need to click on the dot beside it.




Adding a New Meeting

To add a new Meeting, you need to click the ADD button at the top of the page. You will be presented with a simple interface to upload your PDF.



Here, you need to enter in the date the meeting took place. You can also select a Group from the drop down menu if you already created one. You then need to click the BROWSE button and select your PDF document. Once completed, you need to click the SAVE button.


Deleting a Meeting

To delete a Meeting you simply have to check the box labeled "You MUST check this box first to Delete this Meeting", then click the DELETE button.
