The Staff Directory is a place where you can create profiles of your employees. The Staff Directory supports general information about the employee such as name and contact information. It also supports more advanced features like HTML, CSS, Javascript, images, PDFs, and plain text.

Viewing Staff Members

To view your current Staff Members you need to click on the option "Staff Directory" on the administrative menu.



You will now see all of your Members. If Groups were used, each Member will list under the corresponding Group name.




Adding a Staff Member

To add a Staff Member, you need to click the ADD button at the top of the page. You will then be presented with several sections that will enable you to create your new Member. The following will walk through each section.

General:
This is the general information about your employee. All fields are self explanatory.



Comments:
This is the main content for your Staff Member. The use of HTML, CSS, Javascript, images, PDFs, and plain text are allowed.



Upload Images for Page Content (GIF, JPG, PNG):
This section allows you to upload images for your Staff Member. For specifics on how to use images, please see Using Images.



Upload PDF for Page:
This section enables you to upload PDFs for your Staff Member. For additional information on how to use PDFs on your site, please see Using PDFs.



Current Images:
This lists your current images.



Current PDFs:
This section shows your current PDF documents.




Deleting a Staff Member

To delete a Staff Member you need to check the box labeled "You MUST check this box first to Delete this Entry", then click the DELETE button. The Staff Member is now permanently deleted. The Member CANNOT be recovered.




Finally, click the SAVE button at the bottom of the page. Remember, you may always go back in and edit the entry.
