This is another PDF only Site Feature. This feature was designed for reports but any type of content
can be used. You are allowed to name the report, assign it to a group, and write a description of
the report.
Viewing Current Reports
To view your current reports you need to click on "Reports in PDF format" on the main
administrative panel.
You will be presented with a list of all your reports. If Groups were used they will
be shown under their corresponding Groups.
Adding a Link
To add a new Report, you need to click on the ADD button at the top of the page. You will now be
presented with a screen with the following information:
- Name of Report: This is the name of your Report.
- Group Description: This allows you to place this Report into a pre-created Group.
- Date Posted: Date the Report was created.
- Description of Report: A brief description to what the Report consists of.
- Upload PDF Report: Click the browse button and upload your Report.
Deleting a Link
To delete a Report you need to check the box labeled "You MUST check this box first to Delete this Report",
then click the DELETE button. The Report is now permanently deleted. The Report CANNOT be recovered.
