Adding a FAQ

To add a new FAQ, you need to click the ADD button at the top of your list screen. Once you do this you will be taken to a page that will show you all of the different sections that can/need to be filled out. The following is a walkthrough of each section.

Question:
This is the FAQs question. Common questions revolve on how to do something specific. For example, if you sell a particular item, you could create a questions like "How do I place an order online?"

You may also assign the FAQ to a group if you create one. If you have numerous FAQs this will help visitors find the help they need more quickly.

A sort order can be specified here as well. A sort order is simply a way to organize your FAQs. If you want this FAQ to be on the top of your list you can give it a sort order of 1. If no sort order is given then all your FAQs will be sorted in the order they were added.

The last thing you can do here is reset your counters. Every time someone views the FAQ, a counter is increased. The date FAQ was seen is also logged. If you click the box "reset Counters/Dates" both the date and counter will be reset back to 0 when the FAQ is saved.
